Yelana helped my mom buy her townhome as the law requires. She was unhelpful, rude, unfriendly and did not answer all of her questions. She did not fully investigate her HOA's financial situation. As soon as my mom moved in, the HOA monthly fee has increased three times and large assessments in excess of $7000. The HOA does not have money to pay for anything. Thanks Shvartsman Law Offices!
