I hired Heather to resolve a debt matter. Not only was she incredibly smart in coming up with a plan, but she was honest and transparent from the start. She gave me fast updates, and in return had an incredible settlement. It was more than I thought! She was very positive and the best person to work with. I would highly recommend her!

Heather Benveniste was a life saver for me and my husband. We began our debt consolidation with a online company, what a mistake that was. All I can say is beware when you hire from these services, they charge you high fees,and you are responsible for all your court visits,they do not go for you you are on your own. We received a mailer from the Benveniste law firm so we called her out of desperation and she took over and negotiated deals with our creditors lawyers. I hired Heather to represent me as my credit card provider submitted court filings to freeze my back account after I failed to submit payment in agreement with my original payment terms. Heather was very quick to respond and negotiate with my credit card provider to not only withdraw the court filings but also reduce my disputed debt by several thousand (i.e., removal of late fees and interest) and stopped interest from accruing on my outstanding balance. Heather was very effective at communicating the status of my case as well as obtaining the necessary paperwork once I paid my settlement in full. Great working with her through phone and online, didn't need to visit office. Spelled out clearly terms of her contract and what help she could provide. We set terms for a credit card dispute and she handled negotiations. Within two weeks returned with acceptable settlement and was resolved. Also provided flexibility in payment of her fee, very helpful. Would work with again.

Heather has been great to work with . We did not want to file bankruptcy to deal with 3 credit cards that filed suit against us. Heather was quick to respond to our initial email and quickly negotiated terms with the credit card companies that allowed us to settle with terms that worked for us.
