Allan represented us on our second transaction in IL and we only wish we had found him sooner. From our initial inquiry through closing, Allan was extremely responsive, diligent in his review of our contract and always advocating on our behalf. While some of this may seem like a given, it is rare to find an attorney as dedicated as Allan during the review period. Our only disappointment is that we’ve moved out of state and will not have the opportunity to work with him on future transactions.
