Mario is an outstanding attorney! I previously sought the help of other counsel, and there was no comparison with Mario’s level of commitment, care, experience and professionalism. I was very impressed from day one; Mario heard the background of my situation, and very quickly outlined a powerful strategy and made sound recommendations. For the past 12 years, I have been in constant litigation as I have attempted to exercise my parental rights for my son. In that time, I have become quite familiar with the Illinois Family Court System. I have personally retained or have been opposed by a myriad of attorneys. I even hired Mr. father’s rights himself. Mario is diligent and a pleasure to work. He guided and explained the process every step of the way. He always explained to me the various options in my proceedings and let me make my own decisions based on his professional guidance. I liked the way his associate Neal was also briefed on my case, if Mario was tied up in court I now I could always get ahold Neal. I reached out to consult Mario in an emergency situation where my counsel in my divorce lawsuit filed a petition to withdraw the day before trial (and no, it was not due to unpaid fees). Mario spent time with me on the phone to understand the issues around not only the motion to withdraw, but also the underlying divorce. As other reviewers have mentioned regarding his skills, he quickly grasped the intricacies of both cases and switched into strategy mode. It has been my personal experience that there is nothing more scary (when it comes to divorce and the court) than having to go up against your own counsel in addition to your "when-is-this-person-finally-going-to-be-my-ex" in order to stand up for justice which has been long denied. Mario helped me strategize around how to bring the focus back to the divorce so I could spend my energy on resolving the issues with that case. By applying his advice, I was able to get my counsel back on board, stay focused on the divorce and move that case closer towards resolution. In addition to his professional counsel, Mario's words of personal encouragement and support gave me the strength I needed to walk into court that day and walk my own counsel off the ledge! As Mario said himself when I circled back with him later, I hope the divorce is resolved soon and I don't have to use his professional services. I would highly recommend using Mario Ventrelli of Ventrelli Simon LLC. Anyone reading this review knows how difficult the "Break Up" process can be, especially when there are children involved. Mr. Ventrelli from the very beginning took the time to not only explain the legal side of the journey I was about to embark on but also prepped me for the emotional roller coaster that the process can become. Mr. Ventrelli is a Consummate Professional, his attention to detail, knowledge of the law & consistent follow up & updates were First Class. He was always forthcoming & honest whether it was something I wanted to hear or not. In closing I would like to add that the staff he employs are hard working, courteous & professional as well... I am very grateful to Mario Ventrelli & his Team for their efforts in getting the best outcome for my case.

Though the circumstances for working with Mario were not ideal, he and his staff were wonderful in helping me through the divorce process. Every interaction (meeting, phone calls, emails) was to the point, professional and didn't waste any time.
