I contacted Mr. Fleming to seek his services in a green card application. Unlike other lawyers that I contacted who were ready to charge $2000 for minimal work, Mr. Fleming provided with all the paperwork and guidance I would need to fill the paperwork out myself, free of charge. He assured me that I had a simple case and didn't need to pay someone for these services. I really appreciated that. I will absolutely contact him for any future needs.

Mr. Fleming handled my divorce. In doing so he advised me about the easiest and most cost effective method. He basically told me there were several methods and all the others would make him more money but the cheapest was best for me. His price was fair and he did a great job.

I had a dispute with an employer over a contract and unpaid wages. I contacted Todd for help with the issue and Todd was very helpful. I explained my situation and Todd immediately started on the case. Throughout the whole process, Todd was on top of things and very attentive. He always explains what he is doing and how the process works in a way that I can follow without all the legalese and arrogance that a lot of other lawyers seem to use. This was so helpful and made me more comfortable with the whole process. He also dealt with me personally, I did not just have his talk to his secretary. Above all he is honest. He told me what he was going to do and did it.

I had two wills drawn up for my daughter and myself. Also, two powers of attorney. Then a guardianship for my daughter. Mr. Fleming was knowledgeable and quite friendly. I would definitely use his services again.

I have worked with Todd in a professional setting for a few years and have found him to be hardworking and knowledgeable of the law. I have sought him out several times with questions regarding immigration law. There are certain instances that he like every attorney may be unfamiliar with a certain aspect of a case or point of law at which point I have seen him pour his time into researching to ensure that he knows what is best for his client.
