Danya was a pleasure to work with, I went to her with recent contract and business acquisition concerns. She was thorough, obtained a good understanding of the situation, advised me on legal and business standpoint matters, and gave me her personal impression upon request. Sometimes you need an attorney for paperwork and sometimes you need one who can give you insight into the situation from their viewpoint, Danya does both very well. She is someone I would retain again happily.
