My goodness where do I even start with this place... from the beginning I guess! I saw all the reviews and like many, phoned Talarico Law to represent me in both a buy and sell situation. Their paralegal answered the phone (super friendly, very informative) and told me I could pick the attorney I'd like to represent me. I had seen others on here mention different names... so I wasn't sure. After she told me their fees (beyond fair) I decided to go with Julie Realmuto. She connected me to Julie and the journey down this buy/sell path began. I have never in my life, dealt with any one business person- attorney especially, that is as patient, caring, and diligent in her duties as Julie. This is exactly the type of person/firm you want in your corner when going through the shear hell (at times) of a real estate transaction. A lot of times these attorneys put in a lot more work then what is typically required of them, I'd like to point out that not only Julie do that, she made things so much more comfortable for me. I'm not an easy client... I get anxiety about this kind of stuff, and I know I can't work with just anyone. So I consider myself blessed I found this firm and have had the opportunity to work with Julie. Please do yourself a favor and retain this firm for your next real estate transaction or any other type of law they practice, because this firm, is in league of it's own! I will be posting this review on Yelp as well, because they more then earned this review.

Cynthia Zenko did an awesome when I was closing on my condo. She was always responsive and would answer any question I had before the end of the day. She was flexible when I needed to reschedule my closing at the last minute and worked out some final issues when we were signing the closing documents. I would definitely recommend Talarico Law Group!
