Nobody wants to need legal representation. But when you do, Nichole and her assistant Jana are the ones you go to. Nichole understands that most clients come to her at transitional points in their life when there's a big milestone happening. She is experienced in guiding her clients through the legal nuances while helping you maintain your sense of humanity, usually when emotions and financial burden are both escalating out of your control. Nichole has advised me since 2020 and I wouldn't ask anyone else to look out for my rights as well as my family. Because family issues should stay out of the court room, but if you find yourself needing to meet the judge, having Nichole by your side makes it more palatable. I also appreciate that Nichole respects only my opinion as a mother but my opinion as a professional working mother.

Fist class service for a fair price. Nichole and Jana provide excellent service while retaining their humor and compassion. They have assisted us with business and family matters.

Inattention to detail, did not follow through on some issues, does not respond to messages. She seemed to rush the case to be done with it rather than what was in the best interest of the client/family.

This is my 2rd time having to use Nichole post Divorce, which Nichole handled and did so impeccably. Now once again it is back to court and would never think to ever use anyone else. She is amazing, easy to contact, so very knowledgeable and really works for you. Jana is also amazing and responds immediately to all questions. I am not sure who writes these reviews but it is important to note that when in family law cases information is shared between counsels. Nichole disregarded all the information provided to her just to file frivolous motions on a case regarding a child's education. Furthermore, she was admonished by the presiding judge and continued to be combative and argumentative.

Five stars does not give this team justice. I used Capraro Law for our step parent adoption in 2020. They kept communication, explained everything, made sure to answer any question I had and just made me feel at ease during the whole process. When Covid hit and shut down the courts. They worked diligently throughout this entire time to still finalize the adoption and make our family complete. I couldn’t ask for a better team. I came back to Nichole in April of 2021 when we purchased a house and once again I knew I was in great hands. I came to Nichole with a child custody case because my ex husband's gf called to state he was a heavy drug user and did so with my child. She was calm, responsive and really helped me through this process. She is a fair charger...even though she was expensive, she is worth it. She tries to explain and guide you through the courts.
