Sandy had been helpful in the past with a residential closing, but I recently employed her to help me secure a commercial property, and she caused me to lose the contract by doing half-a** work. It seemed like she just didn't care, which was disappointing. Would not recommend hiring her unless it is a super easy transaction and she doesn't have to do much work.

I was buying a new home and I was in need of a great real estate attorney to go through the whole process. Sandy was my real estate agent. She is friendly and she is very easy to approach. Sandy spent her time answering every little question I had from start to finish and even after the closing! Buying a house is not like a walk in the park but she made it whole lot more pleasant. Sandy & Matt are the ABSOLUTE best! I had so many questions as a first-time home buyer and they know the law like the back of their hand and were able to answer all of my questions in a way that I perfectly understood and they were with me every step of the way even if they were not actually available they would respond to emails and make sure that anything that I needed was taken care of. The communication was the biggest piece even if they were going to be in a meeting they always had an auto reply to let you know when they would be available again and it was honestly refreshing and amazing the amount of effort they put in to make you feel like you were their number one priority!!! Obviously I knew that they had a lot of clients but I never felt like I was out of the loop and any little question that I had I never felt like I was being a nuisance and that meant so much to me! I have & will highly recommend them to anyone that I know!
