After my original divorce lawyer moved out of state and sold his practice to an atty who was "friendly" with the opposing atty - I was stuck looking for someone who could help me battle this evil witch atty! Mr. Boyd took the time to listen to the hell I was put through, and draft up some revisions to the judgement that the opposing lawyer worded in their favor. In the end we got most of the revisions we asked for. And now about 4-5 years later I am using him again for a child support modification as well as some new issues/revisions to the judgment that are needed.

Filing for divorce is not any easy thing to do but having an awesome attorney makes all the difference. I felt protected, understood and confident every step of the way. I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome and would use Don in the future with updates to custody agreement/ modifications.

Mr. Boyd has a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. I was immediately impressed with his work ethic and how he took the time to not just listen to me, but understand my concerns.
