My divorce process started January 2023 and was finalized February 2024. From beginning to end and even post divorce, Denise and her staff have been attentive, helpful, understanding and caring. My main concern during the divorce process was making sure my daughter was okay. I was so pleased with the concern Denise also had for the well-being of my daughter. Denise is a great family law attorney. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. I’ve never needed an attorney before and the whole situation was very stressful to me. Denise made me feel very comfortable and assured I understood the whole process from the beginning to the very end. I found myself in an unfamiliar, hostile situation that I never intended to be in, in life. A situation many more men will find themselves in, unfortunately. Denise and the Erlich Law team were the snipers I needed them to be in a very dirty fight for my daughter. Before I hired Denise and her firm, I'd had another attorney on the case who initially told me what I wanted to hear, but went MIA at a very critical juncture; aside from making other legal blunders. When interviewing Denise, she had a very refreshing pragmatism that you'd expect a seasoned general to have. Instinctually, something told me she was the one. And from the very moment we moved forward it proved to be just that, from beginning till the end. Denise is very sharp; she knows her way in a courtroom, she knows how to handle opposing attorney's, she's an excellent strategist, relates well to a reasonable judge and, most importantly, she has a killer instinct. All critical when it comes to fighting for your rights as a father. Erlich Law was able to get me the 50/50 arrangements I so ardently stood for from day one, equal decision-making power, no child support, and has set us up very well for any future litigation attempts from the opposing party in the future. As long as you do your part - being disciplined, practical, attentive to detail and thoughtful - Erlich Law is more than capable of executing the rest. False order of protection filed? Didn't matter. Countless other lies in pre-trial memo's, day-to-day communications? Didn't matter. Attempting to create a false narrative for the GAL? Didn't matter. In addition to her courtroom acumen, Denise is extremely relatable, patient and above all, available! I've never been here before, so needless to say I had many questions. I was anxious over strategy, over not having seen my daughter, over how the x-factors of the case would play out. Denise was always responsive and attentive. I'd get emails as late as 10 & 11 pm, answering questions (in detail), spelling out game plans, etc. The Erlich Law office team - Tammy, Carleen, and others who I may not be able to name - are all likewise, available, relatable, patient and professional. Not enough good things can be said about my experience. I'm just beyond grateful that I can be a present and available father on a regular basis. My daughter now has her daddy, forever, when her mother and their family wanted the exact opposite. A child is a precious gift, a gift that needs both parents, and thanks to the Erlich legal team, my daughters present and future are now fortified. Long story short, hire Denise! It's worth the money.
