I cannot thank Denise enough. I live in the state of Virginia and had to hire an attorney to represent me in my CS case because the father lived in Illinois. I will not get into all the details, but I will say my case is FINALLY OVER and we WON. Denise endured all my frustration and did it with professionalism as well as assured me that the "truth will come out". Many of you know that court cases can get ugly and in my case it truly did, however, as she stated to me "the truth came out". Denise is one tough attorney, and I am so thankful to have her represent me. If you are looking for a tough attorney that is knowledgeable and will do everything in her power to ensure the best possible outcome, she is the one that will do exactly that. My divorce was recently finalized. I started out with another lawyer, but switched to Denise shortly after. Boy, am I glad I did! Going through a divorce is extremely difficult. Having an attorney like Denise made the process easier. She is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but she is caring, compassionate and comforting. When negotiating the parenting agreement, I would ask her if we could incorporate certain terms that were not necessarily standard. She would tell me we could ask for them but the other side would need to agree. She was honest with me but in such a way that helped me feel more confident about the agreement being created in my child’s best interest. Denise had prepared me for what would happen in court on the actual day of my divorce. I was much more emotional and nervous that I thought I would be. It was very unexpected. Being prepared for the process and having Denise standing next to me and waiting with me while we waited for the paperwork, made an otherwise unsettling experience bearable. I have had to reach out to Denise after my divorce on several occasions and she always makes herself available to listen and give me advice and counsel. I highly recommend Denise. No one wants to be in the position of going through a divorce but having an attorney like Denise makes all the difference.
