The kostopolous law group handled a case for me out of dupage Gus handled it himself.. He was very polite on time and professional. We had a free consultation and insured me his firm was the right firm to help my case he was very helpful and understanding with payment options. The finail conclusion with my case was Gus was able to get the case fully dismissed i definitely will recommend him and also use him again..

I recently hired Joe at Kostopoulos Law Group to represent me in my DUI case at the Richard Daily Center. Due to my record I felt doomed going into this. This was my 3rd summary suspension for DUI and in my opinion this was the worst out of all. Joe kept me informed and explained everything in detail step by step. I highly recommend Gus and Joe not only because they got my case dismissed but because from start to finish they were there for me! I was facing multiple charges of Domestic Battery , had 3 warrants issued for my arrest and had these stupid charges weighing on me for 6 years, not wanting to face the music. I finally got picked up and with 6 small children at home, there was NO WAY I could afford to have jailtime. Joe listened and asked crucial questions and from the start he told me he would get it dismissed. I was skeptical to say the least. My family was guided to the Kostopoulos Law Group a year ago when another attorney told us he could not help and referred us to Joe. Call it fate or destiny, we were truly blessed to come across these lawyers. From the beginning of meeting and discussing our issue to the end of the case Joe was nothing short of a blessing. Although our case took a little over a year to beat, he remained committed to our cause and went above and beyond in providing us with optimism, faith, and resilience along the way. The police arrest initiating the case was shady and reflected police brutality so the police department made it difficult to retrieve video footage. Joe and his team never gave up on trying to acquire the evidence- which the department suddenly lost the footage (they didn’t expect us to ask for the footage). The attorneys were very well aware of the lack of integrity and abuse of power the police can act with, and not once were our feelings devalued. I got myself into some trouble and the first lawyer that i called was Joe Messineo. It was midnight and he still talked me off the ledge and assured me that everything was going to be okay.
