If you don't feel like going to jail, Call Joe Messineo! I'm so glad I contacted the Kostopoulos Law Group. Best decision I made regarding my case. I was in a VERY "sticky" situation as I was charged with Misdemeanor Domestic Battery. That's not the worst part- I have 2 prior felonies. Needless to say, I was a terrified mess! I was amazed how smooth Joe made the process go. He thoroughly explained my options in complete detail. I had a million questions and he didn't mind meeting me in person or talking on the phone WHENEVER I needed him to discuss my concerns (and there were many). We desperately needed the help of an attorney one evening. Our teenage daughter misbehaved one night and ended up in legal trouble. We were terrified, to say the least. I frantically started calling phone numbers for local attorneys. Since it was nearly seven in the evening, no one picked up at any office. I was just about to give up when Joe answered the phone. He not only answered, but he also gave me a free and lengthy phone consultation that night. Since I was nearly inconsolable, I handed the phone to my husband.
