One of my close friends got in trouble and after speaking to several different lawyers still felt unsure of which route to take. I was in a VERY "sticky" situation as I was charged with Misdemeanor Domestic Battery. That's not the worst part- I have 2 prior felonies. Needless to say, I was a terrified mess!
