I recently had a misdemeanor charge allocated against me. When I reviewed a lawyer to handle my case it was important to have someone who was knowledgeable, transparent and trustworthy in current laws and procedures. I was referred to the Kostopoulos Law Group from another attorney who didn't practice in the county my case was in. Unfortunately, I have had several DUIs over the years and I was very concerned that I could goto prison on this case. The states attorney originally charged my case a felony in error, Joe was able to explain the error and get the case converted to a misdemeanor. After Joe explained my options we decided to take the case to trial. On the day of trial Joe was fantastic, he made several arguments that the judge agreed with and I was found NOT GUILTY. Not only did I not have to do any jail time but my license wasn't revoked. The Kostopoulos Law Group saved my career and freedom.

Let me start by saying Joe Messineo is incredible. Not only was he caring, understanding, and non-judgmental, he also managed to get my D.U.I. dismissed! As a single mom, working full time and taking online classes, my time is so important, and I felt as if he catered to my individual needs. I'm so thankful for all his hard work, and I'm ecstatic about the outcome.

I had a DUI case, Joe was able to get my case dismissed and he was able to get my license reinstated by getting one of my cases dismissed. Overall very easy to work with and happy with my case out come. He provided excellent services that no other attorney that I previously worked with provided He is the best in the Midwest .
