Since 2013, Hart David Carson has served as my business counsel and attorney on numerous different matters. From representing my clothing company directly to representing me in a personal real estate contract, my experience with each attorney at HDC has been nothing short of extraordinary. They are, without a doubt, the foremost business and real estate law firm in the Chicago metro area.

I I have referred Jon Herpy and Joel Funk of Hart David Carson clients who I represented in litigation who needed to sell their businesses. They did an exemplary job -- better and more efficiently than the large downtown firms. Jon was available to speak with me when he was on vacation to help facilitate negotiations and resolved a number of complex business issues that were holding up finalizing the deals. I am now referring clients in a number of complex transactional matters to HDC. I also worked as co-counsel with Brandon Hall another of the firm's partners resolving a serious train accident case at mediation. Brandon was commanding and very articulate throughout the mediation and helped achieve a large six-figure settlement for our client overcoming a number of difficult hurdles put up by the Defendant. I highly recommend this law firm and will continue to work with it in the future.

My experience at this law firm has been nothing short of amazing. I'm very pleased with how this office runs. All attorneys and staff were very helpful and knowledge. Every call was answered and each attorney was always in communication with me in regards to my case. This office is very poorly run. I had a refund coming from services at this office, and every two weeks I call or email and have not gotten a response. It’s been very frustrating. I run a business too, and this is not how it’s done.
