Upon first consulting with Stuart Swanson on the phone I had already received a jolt of renewing energy. I had some tough decisions to make as far as if I wanted to keep my place or not and was in an emotionally fragile state. It was like Stuart was in the matrix though (extremely intelligent & intricate), he knows the ins and outs of this practice so well that he could tell me any angle I asked him and what would transpire afterwards. There are a lot of people you may go through and call for attorney assistance that just aren't good at their jobs, but let me tell you with 100% confidence and retrospect that Stuart is the guy you want! We contacted Peter after we were served with a libel/defamation civil suit. After we sent the initial email, we were contacted directly by Peter within the hour of sending. He took a long time listening to what we had to say about our case, offered very good advice on securing coverage through our Umbrella Policy, and then scheduled yet another consultation via Zoom at no-charge that lasted for an hour.
