I would not recommend this law office for the sale of your house. They may be the preferred through your realtor, but I would encourage you to request a different attorney. While they got the job done and were pleasant, they were not the most attentive or professional. It felt as though they had too much on their plate. That the sale of my house was just another number to them and they didn't seem genuinely involved in the comings and goings of the home sale process. It was a disorganized process and I was never made aware of all the forms and documents that would be needed/signed ahead of time. Everything was rushed and felt forced and unexplained. I wrote a personal letter to the buyers with information about the home. The lawyer suggested that I remove some verbiage and revise. I asked them to notify me if the letter was or was not provided to the buyers at closing. They never notified me and I find out nearly 2 weeks later that the letter was never given to the buyers. This was very unprofessional and upsetting to me. Don't be disappointed; use someone else.
