Scott did a great job helping my family.

Scott and his team are best in class! They have not only represented myself and members of my family on the sale and purchase of a few houses (and represented several of my real estate clients over the last 4 years) but also helped me to set up my S Corporation. Scott and his office staff have always been there to answer questions in a timely fashion. I would recommend anyone to work with him on the sale or purchase of a new home or setting up a new business.

We recently used Scott Perkins for both the purchasing and selling of our home(s) and everything was last minute and unorganized. We had paperwork that was late getting to us that had to be overnighted at our expense and there was a miscommunication concerning needing a POA for the purchase of our new home. Due to this oversight, my wife had to leave her brand new job suddenly and miss half of her shift. We were notified 15 minutes before her shift started (2 hours prior to the closing). During our experience there was a lack of communication and a total disregard for efficiency in this process. We were quite disappointed in the service we received.

An excellent lawyer. He helped us with a purchase of a home in St. Joe. Very fast and reliable. He is knowledgeable and a great resource. Would recommend him highly.
