“Everything was rushed and felt forced and unexplained. I was never made aware of all the forms and documents that would be needed/signed ahead of time.”

“I asked them to notify me if the letter was or was not provided to the buyers at closing. They never notified me and I find out nearly 2 weeks later that the letter was never given to the buyers. This was very unprofessional and upsetting to me.”
