Attorney Josh Rudolfi handled my workman's comp case. The grocery chain I worked for overworked me during the pandemic and caused me some life long serious injuries. I called ankin law shortly after filing claims with my company I work for. Josh was given my case. He was very patient and caring and was prompt when answering questions. The company I worked for denied the claims but that didn't matter he pursued anyway since I was on the clock when these injuries occurred which makes them liable. Josh walked me thru the process and told me to be patient. After a couple of years I ended up getting a solid settlement of 102,000 dollars for the damage done to my body. Katrina broke client privacy by not following state law and gave the seller private information without approval. Katrina has a previous relationship with the seller. After she gave the seller my private information, the transaction was ruined, because it placed additional liability onto the seller that should've never occurred. During the transaction, she also gave deadlines that completely contradicted the contract and were in favor of the seller. After I communicated this, she could no longer represent either of us. When this happened, I asked how she would fix this, she started making up false claims about the conduct of the transaction (easily disprovable via emails and texts), and that I was being difficult for asking to follow the law. She stated she gave the client private information, but that the client didn't read it and deleted it. Then she stated she could no longer work on the transaction. Then she sends my private information out again without my consent, stating it's necessary, even though the contract was already cancelled. -The state law requires that seller's provide disclosures prior to entering into a written contract, otherwise they retain liability. I asked for the contract 4-5 times before and after going under contract. This transaction failed because Katrina gave out my private information before I received a seller's disclosure, making the transaction impossible to continue.
