I highly recommend her because she is a very aggressive, knowledgeable lawyer, who is prompt, and always ahead of deadline schedules. She always kept me briefed and responded quickly to each issue. Beth is careful and focuses on both details and the big picture to ensure due diligence; she is also tenacious! Acting as my advocate under pressure from sellers, she negotiated and got additional requests approved, some even after the fact.
