Worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with,people stay away from him if you don’t wanna waste your time and money

My name is jany Patel I applied my immigration application to this lawyer he took my money after he stop responding me I texted every time he ignored me after I call his office he shouting me he scared me this is not lawyer this is very very bad person he don’t know how to talk to clients he is stupid person ill take a legal action against him please don’t go there he have scam office not a law office

My name is Denish I hired this lawyer for immigration purposes but they taking 6 months he took my all money after he don’t reply me I call his office he gives me disrespect answer this is not lawyer he is lier bad and stupid lawyer he doesn’t know how speak with clients please don’t go there he stole your money

This is very very bad experience please don’t go this lawyer just take your money and they block your number please don’t go there just west of time and lose your credit very stupid lawyer anyone need to cancel his license he take for applying to U-visa for 7 months once I call to check my status he shouting me

Basically I hired this attorney who was recommended by a family member for a simple case last year. Till now, I have not heard anything about my case, nor is he accepting my calls. He was quick to take my cash retainer though. I would not hire this attorney at all. This is not the end of my complaint against him.

I hired him after the free consultation that he advertised. Later on he never returned called and his staff were rude. I asked for my money back but he said he can’t return the full amount because he had to take out money for the consultation. What if I didn’t hire him after the consultation??? It was going to be for free. However, I got some of my money back and I’m happy to get another lawyer. I’ll take the lost for couple hundreds and get rid of him. Never again with rude staffe and none understandable lawyer like him.

Hired Fadi more then a yr ago and I still have gotten no where with my case. I call him and all I speak to is his receptionist. He never returns calls/emails. Late for my court date several times. Never does what he says and only likes my money.

Responded promptly. Knowledgeable. Excellent lawyer.

I asked Fadi to help me file my immigration papers. Unfortunately after paying Fadi he stopped responding and still did not file my papers, it has been over 7 months now and I am still trying to chase him with no luck. Very frustrating and ppor service that I don't recommend to anyone.

Call to Fadi's office the day my husband went to court and he bagged out. We was told the same day of court appearance he did not wish to represent my husband anymore. So he said he sent in I130 application for my husband, which we never received a receipt so it was a very bad experience for my husband and I. And I do not recommend this attorney.
