Amy Delaney was recommended to me by another Attorney. The Attorney told me that with regard to Elder Law, Amy was the best. How right he was. Amy listens, discusses options and explains the options clearly. She will re-explain as many times as needed. Amy, and her entire staff, gave timely answers to phone messages and e-mails. In the end, Amy did what she said she would do. I don’t know what I would have done without her and those associated with her firm. In the past, working for a large company, I had the opportunity to work with several Attorneys. Amy without a doubt is one of the best.

I was surprised to read a negative review of this attorney. Ms. Delaney helped me through a very difficult trust process with many difficulties, tax issue, and she helped me recover funds taken by a "friend" of my late aunt. Amy gave me her direct number and I was able to reach her even on a weekend when I had an emergency. I found her very helpful and easy to work with.

My uncle was suddenly in an assisted living facility. For no reason, really. Amy is (or I should say, was) his lawyer. Helped us find a service so we could take my uncle home. Now he has passed away, in his late eighties, and Amy's office prepared and sent me a big packet with all the information I need as a beneficiary of his trust. I know Amy was there through many bumps and thickets in the last few years.

I personally hired Amy (and I am an attorney) to handle a situation for me and my firm. I found her and her firm very responsive, trustworthy and highly detailed. Her knowledge in the Elder law practice area is also unsurpassed in my opinion and I would recommend her to friends, family and colleagues any time.

Amy was an excellent presenter. It was clear she was expert in her field but was able to deliver the sometimes complex information in a clear accessible way. I would highly recommend Amy for other situations or presentations regarding Elder Law.

Amy is an excellent attorney. Very easy to talk to and understanding. I cannot believe how she helped me and my family through such a difficult process with a parent suffering from Alzheimers disease. She is truly a godsend.
