Jim Smith was our closing attorney through the process of both selling and buying our home and we cannot say enough about him. We had a short turnaround after selling our house quickly but Jim’s knowledge and efficiency made this a stress free experience for us. He worked really well with the real estate agents and banks to get everything done rapidly while communicating with us the entire time. He also was available to answer every question we had. We were not able to make it to both closings while moving out of our house on the same day so he worked with us ahead of time so that he could take care of one closing for us.
