Beth & Samantha, have worked with me in selling one home, and buying another. I would never consider going with any other attorney other than Beth Mann’s office. Samantha, helped me in the negotiation phase, setting up appointments, just keeping things on track and Beth, at closing noticed the Pin# was wrong and I could of been paying taxes on someone else’s home. She went through that contract with a fine tooth comb. They are simply Awesome! Don’t pick your Lawyer by looking for the cheapest price or you’ll get what you pay for. Just go with the Best in Town!

Beth Mann really looked out for my best interest. As I was looking to buy my first home I was unaware of all the different wheels that make buying a home come together. As she engaged the sellers attorney she kept my best interest at hand, such as protecting my earnest deposit. After the home inspection she had the seller make the most significant improvements. I was unaware of how close realtors and mortgage lenders work together almost as a tag team. Thanks Beth!
