In April 2017 I purchased a house and I hired Beth Mann. She made sure all the legal part of the closing was taking care of. It was also a foreclosure which I think was more work bc she was constantly chasing proper deed paper work that wasn't done properly by the sheriffs office. She made my life easier and put a peace of mind that I'm not getting screwed by the bank I bought it from. Now a year later I'm selling the house on may 9, 2018 and I am going to hire (Bett Mann) again.
