Beth Mann and her staff managed my real estate negotiations and closing in April/May, 2017. Everything went well. More than expected - They provided a fury of activity during negotiations to finalize the sales price using just the right amount of 'push' when negotiations stalled. I would recommend Beth Mann as a real estate attorney. She was affordable and always responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. I was on bedrest at the time of my closing and her office was very accommodating in helping me to complete all paperwork without having to leave my home.
