Beth Mann and her team are AWESOME! I learned about her online from previous reviews, so I decided to give her a try. She exceeded all my expectations. She was prompt in responding, knowledgeable and I felt very protected when issues arose with the other party. Our closing took place ON TIME, without a hitch! Beth is a class A professional and I will absolutely use her again!

Beth helped me buy and sell a house. She works ridiculously long hours, she would send and receive emails at 11: 00 PM or 5:00 AM. Any question I had she helped answer. I didn't even need to attend the closing for the house I sold. I went in the day before and signed everything that was needed. I received an email with the final closing paperwork an hour after closing. Being from further south we normally only use a realtor. I needed a lawyer to sell my house in Downers Grove. Luckily I found Beth and the cost was under $400. This was a minor number compared to all of the taxes and fees associated with selling a house. I would recommend Beth to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house.

There were so many things that we were unaware of when purchasing our home. Beth was able to guide us through many issues. She was great at getting what we wanted done. I felt very confident working with her. I highly recommend her services.
