We were in a bind as we needed a lawyer fast! Not only was it during Christmas break when people are busy with families we also needed someone to be ready to appear in court with in a few days! Not only were we lucky enough that Tim took the time to speak to us he took the case and even with little time for preparation! With these things already against us it didn't matter because we won our case!! I cant thank Tim enough for everything he helped our family with but not only that I will recommend him to everyone that is in need of a lawyer! Thanks again Tim!

I've used Mr. Kohn a number of times to my ultimate benefit. Most recently I hired him to help my mother resolve issues with her bank. Even though it didn't go as far as a courtroom, he was a true advocate for her and worked until her complaints were resolved to her satisfaction (and she is not an easy woman to please). He is responsive and "no nonsense", and gets the job done.

Horrible lawyer as everyone states, forgot who I was when talking to him as well. Goes not file motions like he says and waited almost a month to file. Then files it with wrong address of the person that needs papers served . Also Billed me for dismissing a case and when went to court today found out he never even dismissed it.

0/5 worst layer ever hired. He took money did nothing to help me but continue and continue. Tired to demand more money from me to do anything to help me. Didn’t even try to fight for me and when I asked questions on offers he claimed where on table he got mad and dropped out. He never remembered anything he said or talked to me or my bf about. He either drunk or messed up on something it always seemed. He claimed I never gave him flash drive with my evidence even after telling us he reviewed it. Week after dropping out he emailed me he found my flash drive. WORST LAWYER EVER. TIME FOR HIM TO RETIRE!!!! Don’t waste your time or money on Tim Kohn

He would rarely return calls. Did very little to represent us. Most of the work was done by client. Outcome was poor due to his lack of interest for his client.

Mr Cohen has been easy to talk to and responsive to messages. He looked through previous attorney documents and found some things we have been able to address in court that could help me financially. I would recommend his services.

Tim Kohn did nothing for us. He took our $2500 dollars and voluntarily dismissed our case. He got our money and did nothing. If you have a child custody case, DO NOT USE TIM KOHN. The children in this case are now in foster care with the best friend of the defaulting parent. One of the fathers left when his child was 12 months old, the child is now 12. Now he wants to be involved, and even though we raised two children for nine years with no child support from either father, according to DCFS, we need to have supervised visits. Nine years ago, DCFS dropped these kids at our door for us to care for. Because we took them, the case was closed. 25 plus times when mother had children, DCFS has been involved. Mr. Kohn was "positive" we would win the case with all the information that is on record. He took our money, then closed the case. He is NOT there to help you, he is there to make promises so you give him your money. He does not care about you, just your money.

Eric Miskell is a great lawyer. Hes very attentive, thorough, and compassionate about his job. He takes time to explain and works with you. You wont be disappointed!!
