VERY DISAPPOINTING! I came in the office for a consult and after discussing, I felt I was in good hands. He promised that he would not charge that much, if any, than the last lawyer (and the last lawyer was very reasonable but limited). I asked 2 very simple questions that would not have taken WEEKS to answer; excuses were he has lengthy trails and would get back to me as soon as possible. He did after several follow-ups to get answers. He then gives me responses to my questions that I could have gotten from a person off the street! And recommendations??!! I'm not a lawyer but I made more sense!! Staff calls me and tells me things I knew already and told her that was not the question! Again, more waiting time! When I made appts to see him, I felt that I was putting him to sleep! I was asked if I received the invoice- of course not! When I came in for a final appt. I was told what the balance was and nearly fell off my chair!! For 2 questions???!! As a "client" who felt that he did not do justice, perform his lawyer duties, and abide to the professional mission and promise of a lawyer- I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read all the low rate reviews as we all have something in common- being taken! John. I hope you do keep up with the reviews because you can't "hide" behind "you are a Christian"!

John did a great job with my divorce case. Couldn't have asked for a more patient, hardworking attorney to stand by me during a most difficult time. Have recommended him to many people and they have all been pleased as well.

John has been able to keep my case moving at a reasonable pace. he listens to all my concerns. It has been great working with him.

As for many of the bad reviews, we cannot pinpoint which case you may have been attached to and would be happy to work through whatever issues you carry. I can say that I do have my assistants return every call to ensure that my clients needs are cared for, unlike many attorneys I even give my cell to clients for around the clock access as I know this could be a very troubling time. All attorneys charge for transportation to court, it is not my full hourly rate, but it was stipulated in our contract when we agreed to work together. I do want to state that we are very proud to provide quality assistance to each of our clients and appreciate everyone who has given us the opportunity to work on their case.

Our family has consulted/hired Mr. Vojta for a few years now, he has definitely seen many tears. In times when our hopes were down and we felt lost he always led us to that light at the end of the tunnel. We are beyond grateful to have found such a trustworthy and passionate lawyer. We have consulted and hired him for a wide range of cases like divorce, traffic tickets, and even cases that involve business. He’s someone that we confide and respect.

I hired Mr. Vojta back in 2017, to represent me in a child support case. He worked harder than I could've imagined to get me the money my children deserve and also all the back pay, that was owed.

My experience with John was very positive. He is a compassionate person and a lawyer that knows the law and will defend your position. The bottom line is that dealing with lawyers is a painful process, so it is true that John along with all lawyers struggle with getting back to clients in a period that most would consider normal. But when I compare John's attentiveness to clients versus opposing councils actions John is well above the norm. I would certainly recommend John.

He is a good person i have a chance to talk diferente hours and he is always on a good mood, plus he is working in my case and stopped bills from insurance till solving

I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews shown here. My experience with John and his staff was wonderful. John was not only helpful and prepared for court on my case (luckily I only had a few court dates to wrap up my divorce case), but also he had compassion for me and my children during a difficult time. I recommend John for a family law lawyer.

I hired him to do my child support case, He stated it would be easy and he charged $1000.00 retainer. a couple of months later, he tells me the case is more complicated and hes going to need another $2000.00, He doesn't return phone calls. I called him for over a month and he wouldn't return my calls. I asked his secretary, if he was still my lawyer or if i should get someone else to represent me ? After not returning my call for over a month, I get a letter saying he needs another $2000.00 retainer, then he called me saying he can file against my ex-wife to make her pay my legal fees. At this point, I had enough of his BS and I hired another attorney, who got the case resolved

John was my attorney for a particular cantankerous case. He is a skilled negotiator and a does a terrific job in open court when that becomes necessary. He was always well prepared for court by being familiar with all of the details of the case. However, where John really excels is his ability to counsel his clients – providing assurance that, even in the darkest times, hope and happiness will return. I have a tremendous amount of respect for John and appreciate everything he did to bring my case to a close.

John handled my divorce and although it wasn't a pleasant time for me in my life, he made the process a little less painful. Would definitely recommend him.
