Shawn and Neil were amazing to work with and both extremely knowledgeable. If you're looking for a Real Estate Attorney, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Shawn was unprepared at the closing of my house sale. We sat waiting as the seller for approximately 2.5 hours at closing at the title company when we were told would take about 20 minutes, because he did not have the documents ready. He first had me sign documents with the incorrect buyer's information on it and then the numbers he had on the correct closing documents were incorrect by thousands of dollars. I would say it is safe to assume he never looked at any documents for the closing of my sale before I was sitting in front of him that day. He also raised his voice in front of my young child and was grossly unprofessional when it was brought up that numbers he was referencing were not correct. We heard him blame his assistant, the buyers attorney and even us for his lack of preparation that day and difficult milestones in the sale. Seemed to be everyone else's fault around him that he wasn't prepared. We had to send the title company documents ourselves right then and there that we had already sent his assistant prior to closing. He didn't even know that our divorce was finalized despite being told this information several times including being provided a copy of the certified dissolution. He had even asked about the divorce via text only 24 hours before the closing and was told again at that time it was finalized and a copy of the dissolution had been provided to his assistant. Yet, that was one of the first thing he asked when we arrived and then stated he didn't have a copy of it. He made the comment "We're both having a bad day" at one point. We were not having a bad day before experiencing his lack of professionalism in real time. If you want someone who will show up unprepared, drop the ball and never retain the answer to the same questions he asks multiple times, he's your guy! This was a very disappointing and unfortunately expensive experience. The irony of him telling my ex-wife she should blame herself for issues with the process when he was so ill prepared is outstanding. He took no accountability whatsoever.

This is Edward Leadley writing. Bob did a wonderful job of getting our Estate Plan completed in 2024. Very pleased with the process and his expertise. Also he had helped our family after our parents passed getting through all of what had to be done to settle that. No easy feat. Very personable as well.

Most definately recommend. We couldn't have found better! Our case )FRO, revoked foid, removal of firearms, was handled proffesionally and in a very timely matter with not one, but three, final judgements in our favor . Thank you, Thank you, Thank you , Attny Robert Edelstein ! You treated us very well in every aspect and we are so glad you were in our corner!

Our experience with this firm was A+ from start to finish. The gentleman who took our intake call was professional and very knowledgeable (I thought I was talking with an attorney). He provide a phone number that allowed me to easily text my documents and send messages after hours. Later that day, I spoke with Brittney who listened to our case with compassion and void of judgement. She gave a fee that was reasonable and allowed us to pay before the court day instead of the full amount right away. A week later we were in court with Todd who proved to be a seasoned attorney and got us the best possible outcome. It was clear that the firm handles a lot of cases however through it all we felt like ours was the only one.

We were blessed to have worked with Shawn throughout the sale of our house. He was prompt and helped explain everything in detail. He understood certain aspects that we needed and was super friendly. We would work with him again if in the area or if needed. Thanks Shawn!!
