I've worked with Isaac C. Franco at Ozinga, Lepore, Campbell & Lord over the last year on multiple real estate transactions involving purchases and sales of residential and investment property. The team was great at providing solutions, keeping me informed, and ensuring I was protected in the proceedings.

I've used Ozinga Lepore Campbell & Lord for 3 separate real estate transactions now and would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who is looking for highly trained professionals to handle all of their real estate transaction needs. I have worked with Ron (retired) Bernie and Isaac and I cannot say enough about these guys. Isaac especially knows his work and helped me through a rather challenging home purchase where the house we put an offer on had a roof that was shot and needed to be replaced. It was an insanely complex and long deal but Isaac made it crystal clear and helped me and my Fiance every step of the way. He was extremely responsive and explained everything to us in detail so we knew what risks we were up against. Both me and my Fiance had owned our own condos and had to sell each and simultaneously purchase our forever home. I can tell you from experience as my Fiance went with an attorney recommended to her by her real estate agent, that Ozinga Lepore Campbell & Lord are the only real estate attorneys you should consider. My Fiance now looking back at her experience wishes she had gone with Ozinga Lepore Campbell & Lord as she had to hold her attorney's hand the entire way. Her attorney mad mistakes and errors on her contracts and paperwork and made the whole process extremely unpleasant. I can 100% say that in using Isaac from Ozinga Lepore Campbell & Lord for the sale of my condo and the purchase of our forever home an extremely easy and enjoyable experience. These guys are the real deal...you will get tons of mail & calls soliciting real estate attorney services when you list your home. Most are crackpot overnight attorneys who don't put attention to detail and your needs/desires at the front of their minds when dealing with your transaction. Do yourself a favor and forget all of that. Call Ozinga Lepore Campbell & Lord and ask for Isaac. You are in very good caring hands with him and their practice.
