If you have children, do not hire this lawyer. He is not professional and will sit you down just to chat about irrelevant matters. Commented on how attractive he thought I was multiple times, was overly inappropriate.
He also does not communicate well. Made multiple errors.

This Attorney does not deserve one star he is very misleading does not follow through with his promises avoids calls he talks a good game plan but as soon as he receives your retainer your case no longer is of any importance to him and if you question his performance he hollers and screams at you like a person who is suffering from a mental crisis. if you want to just give your money away and be treated in a rude unprofessional manner he is your guy

I was soo elated when I found Dan Florey after countless days of looking for an attorney. He was the only person that ginuwinly listened to my case and was able to assist me. He was very professional and personable during our initial meeting. I also liked how he made sure to stay in contact with me between court dates for updates.
We were always on the same page and he definitely delivered at the end of my case. A 10/10 in my book. Thank you!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I did have to take a moment to write one about my experience with Attorney Florey. When I thought I had been through it all with divorce and custody, life kept piling on more and more. Dan fought for myself and my family and when it came time for the case/trial there was no one I would have rather had in my corner. He was prepared for anything thrown our way by the opposing counsel and shut it all down brilliantly. If you are looking for someone to listen and fight for you and your case, you found him.
