This Lawyer is by far the best in the land. I picked him because he had the same last name as me! ME!?! I almost never see anybody with my last name. Anyway, I got pulled over and harassed by a Tinley Park police officer who was very rude and upset that I wasn’t intimidated by him. He then gave me a direct “lawful” order to follow him to the police station, as a scare tactic, and then proceeded to write me four (4) traffic violation tickets. It was ridiculous. I brought it to the attention of Mr. Podgorny and he said don’t worry about it, I will take care of it. Just hearing those words took a load off my shoulders. And what’s more is that he was telling the truth. We went to this arraignment, I guess you could call it that, in Tinley Park. It was jam packed with people and petty traffic offenses. I was like oh God how long are we gonna have to wait? Well to my surprise not at all. See, Mr. Podgorny has been in this game for a while now and knows people. It was cool because we were treated like VIPs almost in the sense that my attorney and I were the first ones seen. They exchanged a few words and the prosecutor or whatever the position of the guy running the night dropped/dismissed all four tickets. I didn’t have to pay a dime. In fact Mr. Podgorny didn’t even charge me for the service because he was in town anyway and it was a very easy and quick case that he said I could have this one as a freebie (or pro bono is what I think he really said) So in summary, I got four tickets, the sum of which would’ve costed me well over $500, I gave them to my lawyer and he told me to meet him at the place the hearing was held. There were At least 20 people, with a high estimation of 40 people. Because Mr. Podgorny was my attorney we got to skip the line. I think it’s because he’s got connections. It was all free of charge. I couldn’t have prayed for a better outcome. I highly recommend Mr. James A. Podgorny as lawyer. If you want someone who listens to your concerns and gets stuff done, call him immediately. Like I said earlier, he is by far the best in the land!

Dan was a great lawyer that helped me beat a dui case. All charges where dropped against me taking a terrible weight off my chest. Attorney Florey is the best. Let me put it like this, while fighting a d.u.i. he beat the summary suspension, so I never lost my license.
