Simply the best there is. The line of communication was never broken. Answered all my calls, all of my emails, all my texts, I'm sure he would have answered my smoke signals if I sent some! Provided excellent Council and helped us negotiate a deal that was definitely in our favor. Answered all my questions, even the stupid ones and made sure I understood every aspect of the real estate transaction. You could not ask for a better attorney to represent you. Niko is the first and only attorney I’ve ever hired to do a job and actually did it without me having to hound him about progress.
