Mr Fred Joshua is an excellent attorney. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Mr Fred explained everything and answered all my questions about my divorce case. He answered my phone calls anytime I called. Mr Fred was absolutely amazing, so if u want to win the case u have to hire mr Fred as your attorney.

After interviewing several attorneys for my case, I decided Fred had the most reasonable fees, and provided a target date of when my case would be completed. The date was almost exact. He carried himself professionally and the one thing that stuck out in my mind was that he called and apprised me of the status of my case. Attorneys tend to stall contacting their clients when there are updates, but, Fred did call with these updates in a timely manner. Fred demonstrates his knowledge of how the courts work and has a thorough understanding of the laws that encompass the issue, so, I felt confident about his handling of the case. Finally, I was able to basically tell Fred to go to court on my behalf and not bog me down with the stress of the case. He alleviated the stress by handling all facets of the case and touching base with me for updates and decision-making only. Of course, he thoroughly explained the details so that I could make the best choice for my situation.

Very poor skills, attorney Frederick Joshua was very rude and hung up phone on me, didn't want to listen to what I had to say....just steer clear unless you want to get shafted....Very unexperienced (do not use)

My sister and I retained Fred Joshua after 10 minutes of meeting with him. He showed to be a caring, dedicated and very knowledgeable attorney to represent my sister in a custody hearing. He walked us through the process from start to finish and made my sister feel like she wasn’t alone. This was a case where the grandparents wanted guardianship of my sister’s daughter after the daughter’s father had tragically passed away. For no reason other than an insurance policy being present, there were no grounds for the grandparents to take the child from her mother. Fred immediately filed a motion to dismiss the petitioner’s Petition for Guardianship and was immediately granted by the court due to lack of jurisdiction to proceed on their Petition for Guardian when the minor has a living parent and parental rights have not been terminated. Fred Joshua is definitely someone you want on your side when dealing with high stressful legal matters. I highly recommend him. Lydia

Mr. Joshua was able to not only help me with my divorce process, he was also able to get me custody of my children along with assisting me with receiving child support. I would have been lost without his full understanding of the law and process. Would highly recommend.
