Very professional...and the staff are wonderful

Used on multiple occasions in the past. Will never be using these crooks ever again. Had Difranco’s personal cell number which he gave me after the last time I used his service. Texted him a violation I had gotten and was immediately routed to his secretary Maria. Maria called me and told me the violation will be taken care of by the upcoming week, and requested a bill of $750. By the next morning I had sent funds, and was assured again by Maria that Mr. Difranco will be going to court shortly and taking care of the vilation I had gotten. A few days later Maria called and said Frank needs an updated abstract of my driving record. I sent over a copy the same day, and Frank was apparently set to take my violation to trial and get it dismissed. After two months of getting the run around from Maria, and no contact from Frank, I realized they had just eaten my $750 and had no intenion of helping me. They striaght up stole money from me, do yourself a favor and do not talk to these idiots and let this happen to you.

Difranco and Associates is the firm you want having your back! They handled a case of mine nine years ago and really worked hard to keep my affairs in order. If it wasn't for them I'd have a different story to tell today. I reached out to get some info from the case and nine years later they were more than happy to assist. Don't waste your money elsewhere! They're the real deal!
