John came highly recommended from a family friend. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of some list items I wanted to take care of and handled a delicate situation with care. I cannot stress the important of thinking ahead in planning for the unknown. Thank you, John.

While closing for my first condo in Chicago, John and his staff professionally and courteously guided me through the paperwork. He kindly represented me during the closing process and his staff immediately followed through with their commitments.
