Irubiel Ferrer was great in assisting me through my process. Knowledgable, patient, and most importantly, kind, with me throughout the entirety of working with him. He's someone I'd recommend highly.

I hired Floyd to handle a divorce case and he likes to shuffle papers and over bill. I feel he is unorganized because weeks I would go by and I wouldn’t hear anything. Finally I will send an email to inquire about my case then I was flooded with emails that were sent to him weeks ago. I finally fired him because he was taking my money. The next step will be a complaint with the ARDC.

After consulting with a few different attorneys I realized that while Irubiel Ferrer wasn't the cheapest option he was definitely the best option and now that my case is filed I must say I'm extremely confident I made the right choice paying the premium. For me the amount of time he spent answering all of my questions about the process (multiple hours of conversation so far), giving his mobile phone number in addition to his office phone number so you can contact him directly when urgent questions or issues pop up, and how available he made himself have made a lot of difference in my experience so far. I've worked with Evan & Jona in the office and both of them have been extremely respectful and professional as well. Other attorneys that I decided not to retain have taken a long time to respond to questions, made me feel rushed through the consultation process, or overall just didn't feel like they had the knowledge or experience necessary to handle the complexity of my case, but Irubiel Ferrer has been extremely fast to respond, knowledgeable about the law, and made me feel understood and comfortable with the process coming up next. I'd highly recommend this law firm and this attorney for anyone in a similar situation as me.
