In December of 23 I retained Linda for what was a very extreme and high conflict op/custody/child support case. My case turned out to be one of the most extreme that the judge had seen in over 25 years of experience. What Linda did for my family and I was nothing short of a miracle. Linda saved my family! 100%. No exaggeration. She helped me to navigate what turned out to be the worst circumstances of my life and helped me to heal my family when my life had burned down around me. To say that Linda is knowledgeable, professional, personable and caring still doesn't do her justice. She is a miracle worker! I have always prided myself on being articulate, but I find I can scarcely find the words to describe my gratitude for Mrs. Watson and her team at Watson Law. Linda is a saint, my paralegal Sara is an earth-angel, and Linda's co-counsel Susan is a rockstar! I've attained other family law attorneys in the past, and while formidable, they can't compare to Linda. She is on a completely different level. Linda and her team are amazing! They are the best at what they do. Not only that, but they always give a detailed bill and never overcharge like many other attorneys. This is my second time with her. So glad that Dr. Linda Watson’s office is also operating in Chicago now! She made my life so much easier when sitting down, explaining to me all sorts of situations around my case and dedicatedly working on it. One day I was terrified; the next day I was relieved. Not sure why my review got removed but I’m gonna go again. Do not choose this place if you are looking for a lawyer who wants what’s in your best interests. They will suck you dry and they keep tabs on how many phone calls / emails you send - they will rack the charges up it’s nothing to them. I went through 6-7 months with Gabby Cunningham and she never once acted as if she was doing any of this work for me. I have emails of her telling me that this case is in the best interests of my child and not me - IM PAYING YOU 10,000 TO DO WORK ON MY INTERESTS. These ladies don’t mind telling you to “suck it up and let things soak in because this is how things will be for the rest of time” once I got that email from gabby I immediately dropped her as my lawyer. Here I am 7 months later, with an attorney who cares about me and has won me my custody case. After being told there was nothing I could do and to sit back and lose time with a child I had for 4 years on the same schedule, I’ve prospered and now I get to see my daughter just as much as i always have. I’m down 10,000 after dealing with this law firm and I would advise everyone to look elsewhere as they only care about themselves!
