Art Kingery is the best!!

The ENTIRE office has been nothing less than phenomenal to work with. Adam and his entire team have been extremely professional and are exceptional with communication. They ALWAYS treated me as more than just a client or $ sign. Adam and his entire office always took time out to answer questions I had regardless of how silly or when I asked. I never once had to chase them down to get a response. I am way more than just satisfied to have worked with Adam and his team. I do not know that anyone else could have provided the outcome in which Adam and his team were able to accomplish either. You can not go wrong here, great people that work with and FOR you! Friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable

I had a complaint arise recently that involved a Protection Order wrongly sought against me by a neighbor of mine. While I could have appeared on my own and represented myself as my neighbor did, I thought quite differently. I'm not a qualified attorney. My late-dad was a Peoria attorney for some 45 years. I desired bright, competent and aggressive Counsel who had keen ability much like my dad to cut thru the smoke and mirrors and attack the core issues on my behalf. I'm very happy to report that Mr. Lonergan did exactly that. After an hour-long hearing on the matter, the judge ruled in my favor and the Order was dismissed. Legal proceedings can be difficult and very emotional which is one reason that we wanted someone well educated, honest, and above reproach. We had no surprises during the court proceedings and felt that our representation in court was exemplary.
