Can be difficult to reach or communicate with the attorneys at times
“I must admit that sometimes it was a lil bit hard to communicate with the attorneys due to them being busy, but nonetheless that always got back to me and answered my questions and concerns.”

May not take on all cases, even if the client believes they have a valid claim
“I have a medical malpractice situation that caused 10 months of serious problems leaving me with the front of my lower leg gone. Was told it was just not "catasrophic" enough for them. In other words just not enough easy money for them to bother. What a scumbag! Seriously go somewhere else!!”
