I would put 10 stars if I could. Mr. Borsberry was very impressive both in and out of court handled my case with the absolute best care and the lady's working in the office are fantastic i would recommend this firm to anyone without a doubt and will be continuing to use them I'm the future

Mr. Borsberry and Melissa were very easy to work with. If I had questions, I received a response quickly whether it was over the phone or through email. They explained the process as well as answered any other questions I had.

They have been so accommodating and very helpful with any questions I have had an very pleasant to talk to.

Borsberry’s office was quick to take my case after hearing the details. He told me it would be easy to represent, etc…. When it came time to actually go to trial, he didn’t have the subpoenaed evidence, was completely unprepared and failed to prepare me-ultimately not doing the job that my family and I had paid for. After the fact he had the audacity to continue to charge me. I would not suggest borsberry’s office for anything other than a public charity because it seems that’s all it is: free money for no service.

I used him when my son’s father blindsided me by taking me to court. I felt super rushed and Joe said he knows the other lawyer and how she is, so pretty much I need to hire him now and get on it. Really they were friends. And after talking to so many lawyers after the fact. The case didn’t even stand in trial. It should have been dismissed 100% but no he wanted money for him and this other lawyer. He didn’t do anything for me except keep custody the same and have my child support payments decrease by a lot. Which at one point he told me I need to be paying dad. I had to figure out my own math and tell Joe no the calculator says way more that I should get. He does NOT fight for you, just charge you for any tiny email or call for you sticking up for yourself to him. My whole family cringes when we hear his name.

I really liked Joe Borsberry. He really handled my case and a very professional manner. Joe treated me in a special way if though I was his only client. I would recommend him to anyone. .He really deserves five stars and plus. Thanks Joe

Joe and his staff are absolutely amazing. I went through a nightmare case and sadly hired him late in the game but he still put in all the effort he could to get me a good outcome even though he was late to the game. Can i also just point out that when i was crying and having a panic attack after one of the hearings he calmed me down and let me cry on his shoulders! he didn't have to stay late he didn't have to talk through things and make me laugh but he did! He and his staff were always there to answer my questions and work with me even down to the bill. I will always go to him and recommend him in the future if i ever need help again! let's hope i don't but if i do its him ill choose. Thank you Joe for everything!

Mr Borsberry and his team did a great job representing my interests in a recent adoption case. I very much appreciate his pro-active communication and readiness to appear in court or reach out to authorities for more information. I highly recommend him to anyone that is seeking representation in family law.

Borsberry Law Office helped me get through my custody battle & the results weren't far from what I asked. I've spent a few coins but it was all worth it in the end and now I can move on. Appreciate it!
