This is my second time using Joe Borsberry for a legal matter. Hopefully, I don’t need him for a third but he is my first choice for an attorney . Joe has experience. He is a seasoned lawyer and his behavior and ethics reflect this. He is a great listener and you will leave an appointment with the best legal advice possible. He provides real value for the money he charges his clients and he WINS. It’s a no brainer to pick Joe for your legal needs.

Joe is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did not just feel like a number. He got me quick results while being reasonably priced. He and his staff were there in my time of need.

Joe and Barbara are super easy to work with. They explain things well and don't make you feel like an idiot for not understanding the "legal jargon" I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I'm very glad to say I've truly enjoyed working with everyone in borseberry's office. If been off work due to an accident at work. And he has been very helpful and patient with me about the whole situation. He is also very informative, and gets things done in a timely fashion. And with my particular case is working with the state, which we all know is not an easy task to do. And he has done a very good job in a very short amount of time. Which is not an easy task to do when dealing with the state. All in all, I feel like choosing him is the best decision I made. And I would certainly recommend him to all my friends and and family! He quoted me a price and then sent me a bill for more when there was no way we went over time I would say he is a crook wouldn't recommend

Exceeded far above our expectations. Worth every penny we have spent. Got us a victory even when the outcome looked so bleak. Tough negotiator and very professional. He’s not going to BS you and tell you what you want to hear, he’s going to tell you the truth but will still fight for you. My husband and I highly recommend!

If I could give him zero stars I would. I was falsely accused of abusing my son and Joe showed up two minutes before court started to wanting me to take a deal my x offered. They had no plausible evidence and I had a mountain of evidence for him to use and I opted to fight it against his advice and in court he did nothing he was totally unprepared as was I not ever being in that situation. After he had me take a deal I should have never taken that has cost me around $40k so far but now I have a good attorney and because my x is abusive I now have a good chance of setting the wrongs done to me and my son right. I and my son had to go through all this because he was more worried about riding his motorcycle then protecting me and my son. If you want a good attorney his name is Brandon Sarff in Pekin Illinois. Don’t listen to women’s reviews because they have the unfair advantage in court and check out the Fathers Rights Movement on Facebook if you are a dad going through the hell called family court. You are not alone.

I had an exceptional experience with everyone at Borsberry Law including Joe, Melissa and Brandi. They were not just professional, but caring as well. Everyone was timely in getting back to me and they actually took time to listen and help me understand what was happening each step of the way. Joe is definitely a lawyer that fights for you!
