Had him as a public defender on a case that he stuck by my side regardless the situation was found not guilty back in Feb on a case that went on for 3 yrs he got assigned my case and in 3 months it was over highly recommended

My case involved fighting DCFS for guardianship of my daughter. It was a tough case no doubt in Tazewell County, but Mr. Dailey accepted the challenge. After a lengthy back and fourth in the courtroom and constant arguing in court we was victorious and the case closed. If you need a strong lawyer that fights for what is right this lawyer is your man.

Mr. Dailey exceeded all of my expectations from the get go. Prior to retaining Mr. Dailey I felt hopeless and defeated. My spirits quickly lifted throughout the process of working with Mr. Dailey. He was very honest and forthcoming about what to expect moving forward. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The communication was great and he was always giving me updates on a regular basis which helped keep me calm throughout this process.
