I Highly recommend Jennifer Bonesteel. She is very dependable - always returns my phone calls even if they were late at night or on the weekends. Always responds quickly to all of my emails. Jennifer and her co-workers are very personable, your not waiting days for a response or have to deal with automated answering directories which drive me crazy, you call and there is a real life person on the other end of the line. My daughter was in an accident, and as hard as it is to deal with that in itself, we had medical bills in the mail already waiting for us after she got out of hospital. Jennifer was there every step of the way. Any question I had, she had an answer. She took care of everything for me so that I could focus on my daughters recovery.When it was time to go to court, she was able to keep me calm - which I might add is very difficult for any parent in our situation. She really cares about her clients.. No one wants to have to get a lawyer, or have to go to court - and no one wants to have an accident and no one wants to watch a love one suffer. You always hope that people will do what's right. You always try to have faith that people will do the right thing. When reality wakes you up from a nightmare that you were already having and now you find yourself swimming in hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt because of someone else; you have no choice to get a lawyer.
