Christopher McCall has been my attourney for over a year and helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. I'm a father of a young, beautiful baby boy and told chris I wanted to get sole custody. I also wanted to legally change his name because I was prohibited from being a part of his birth and the first few months of his life. I knew it would be hard to get sole custody since I was a male, and also difficult to change his name considering previous court precedence in these matters. Chris expressed that although it would be difficult to accomplish these goals, it was not impossible and he would do everything he could to help make it happen. During that time, I was constantly calling, texting, and emailing chris and his staff with case questions--sometimes several times in one day. I knew they must be getting tired of my constant communication and ideas. But they always cheerfully answered my calls and promptly returned my messages or texts. The entire staff showed great dedication to and concern for my case, which required them to go through an extremely large amount of evidence. Naturally, I was concerned about payment for their legal services,since the case was so very long, drawn out,and involved, but I found chris to be very reasonable with his charges and flexible with setting up payment plan. After a lengthy court battle, I am delighted to report that I won sole custody of my son, and I was able to change his name. If it weren't for the help of chris and his staff,I would not have my son, and my son would not have my name. I simply can't put into words what that means to me.
