Jeff is very up front on how he conducts his cases. Explains in detail what he’s going after. It’s been awhile since I’ve filed so let’s see if he’s a man of his word and lives up to what he tells me I’m gonna get. Otherwise best attorney I’ve ever had.

I hired Jeff for a complicated civil matter. Jeff listens and asks questions to completely understand my view of the matter and determine how is best to proceed. Will hire Jeff for all our future legal matters.

This is my honest public service announcement as to what I have personally witnessed. Please google this attorney before hiring. He is verbally abusive to staff AND clients. Before handing over a retainer, his billing practices should be reviewed by the Attorney Ethics Committee. Every attorney working for him in the past 6 months has quit. Six people have quit in 6 months, including his own mother, because of his verbal abuse and practices. Look over your bills, if you get one, because he bills at certified paralegal rates for untrained receptionists and secretaries with no experience handling your case. Please be careful hiring this “attorney”. Your case will sit dormant for 2 months because of inadequate staff, mountains of other cases not being processed, and his inability to type up his own work or respond to you. This is unacceptable in ANY business. Beware.

He is not a great attorney,did not fight for my grandson,he sat in county almost 2 years,we hired a new attorney and he got done with a good outcome,within 4 months.

Jeff Neppl is the best attorney. Listens and totally cares for his clients. I trust him and he makes sure to keep me up to date.

Very professional treatment. They keep us updated with everything going on and also offer very good advice of what to do and not to do. It has been a very transparent process and very communicative. If I ever need legal representation, I know where I need to go. If you are searching for a good attorney who’s willing to invest time and effort into their clients, knows whats RIGHT and treats you like family, this is the place to go. Jeff has been my attorney for a dog, divorce, school, and medical case. He can do ANYTHING and do it with 120% effort and passion. He is the ONLY attorney I trust. Why? Because he will fight for you like a pit bull, lose sleep for you, worry about you, take you in as family and WIN for you! I will NEVER have another attorney. If you stay away from Jeff due to something that occurred a long time ago and you don't even have the entire story behind it, then you are the one missing out on the best attorney in the entire Quad City area. Jeff neppl has been GREAT, he listens to all my concerns and issues and handles them as if they are his own problems. He works hard to best support my wants and wishes. Hes very determined, bold and straight to the point. Going through a custody battle is one of the scariest things I've ever had to go through and i couldn't be happier and feel more secure with any one else. Jeff has never left me in the dark with anything infact went out of his way to call me on a holiday to insure that everything would be okay. Its hard to find a lawyer who deals with the same issues day after day yet takes pride and much care in each case.
