“Ms. Bailey was compassionate and genuinely cared about me and my family.”
3
Effective communicator who keeps clients informed
“From the start, Ms. Bailey was professional, communicated clearly and effectively (i.e., as a speaker and listener), kept me informed, answered all my questions, and was well organized.”
4
Dedicated and goes above and beyond for clients
“Ms. Bailey went above and beyond her expectations as an attorney as evidenced by meeting with me remotely on weekends so that I did not have to take off from work, meeting with me on Christmas day to help me prepare for court that was scheduled the day after Christmas, and even offering to pick me up from the airport when I flew in to IL on Christmas eve.”
5
Strong advocate who is well-prepared in court
“During the trial Ms. Bailey made sure that all the necessary paperwork was prepared (i.e., written materials were clear and presented in a logical manner) and submitted on time. She was a strong advocate and assertive in the courtroom.”
Cons
1
Lack of organization and communication issues
“Ms. Bailey is very disorganized and does not communicate effectively when I hired her, I eft repeated unanswered messages Ms. Bailey never returned none of my home calls.”
2
Unprofessional and unethical conduct
“This woman is unprofessional, indecent and most likely the most insecure woman hiding behind a fake ego, I've ever met.”
3
Allows clients to lie under oath and puts children in the middle of disputes
“She also allows my ex-husband to lie under oath. I hope she can live with herself knowing that she is helping a controlling narcissist continue abusing his ex-wife through trying to sabotage her relationship with the children she has raised since birth while he was an absent father, through finances and tying up all money with lawyers, emotional and verbal abuse as well.”
4
Withdraws representation at the last minute
“Finally I got tired of never getting any information and asked to be represented by another lawyer within the firm who would call me back and answer my questions. She called me back that time, to inform me she was withdrawing from my cases. This is just over a week before I have to appear in court, and less than a week before a deadline to file more documents.”
5
Lack of preparation and organization in court
“Miss Bailey was very unorganized, especially in the court room. It cost me a lot of money to pay witnesses to come to my divorce hearing and she was not prepared with questions, dismissed many of them without my permission (knowing they would make her look like a fool for not being prepared) and basically wasted their time and my money.”
